Lansing-area bus riders can give CATA direct feedback on Thursday, Sept. 17, during two ListeningBus sessions near Michigan State University's campus.

Riders can board Route 25 at MSU's Ramp 5 between 10:40 a.m. and 11:34 a.m. to share input while riding. A stationary session follows at MSU's Ramp 1 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., according to the Capital Area Transportation Authority's announcement on X.

The sessions are part of a monthly ListeningBus series that has rotated across routes since at least June. Previous sessions covered Route 15, Route 1, Route 24 and Route 23.

When CATA CEO Bradley T. Funkhouser announced service changes on Aug. 11, he said the agency is "navigating rising costs and a challenging funding environment" and that officials "carefully considered public feedback, adjusting where possible …"

Residents who cannot attend Thursday's sessions can submit feedback through the online form at cata.org/ListeningBus, by emailing [email protected] or by calling CATA Customer Experience at 517-394-1000.
